After two years of decline, 2025 edged back up, a modest recovery led more by scarce high lots than by a broad boom. The line still sits below the 2022 crest and a little under where the market stood a decade earlier.

Volume rose only about 2% to roughly 41.5 million transactions. Value moved faster than the count of sales, which is typical when a thin high end swings the total.
